1. Eligibility & Approval

Wholesale access at Zenuma is exclusively available to verified businesses. All applicants are required to submit a complete Wholesale Dealer Application with accurate and valid business information.

Each application is reviewed through our internal verification and risk assessment process, which evaluates business authenticity, resale intent, order behavior, and compliance history. Approval is granted solely at Zenuma’s discretion.

2. Pricing & Volume Discounts

Zenuma wholesale pricing is structured based on order volume. Higher quantities qualify for more favorable pricing, ensuring scalable value for our partners.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

All wholesale orders must meet a minimum quantity of 10 units. Orders below this threshold are not eligible for wholesale pricing and will not proceed through checkout until the requirement is fulfilled.

4. Shipping & Taxes (United States)

Wholesale orders shipped within the United States qualify for free shipping, unless stated otherwise.

All applicable sales taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and local tax regulations.

5. Shipping, Duties & Taxes (International)

We currently ship within the United States from our U.S. inventory. International orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility outside the United States.

For international orders, shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any applicable local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

All wholesale purchases are subject to Zenuma’s standard Returns & Refund Policy. The same terms, conditions, timelines, and eligibility criteria apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Enforcement & Termination

Zenuma reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate wholesale access at any time. This may occur in cases of policy violations, suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or behavior inconsistent with legitimate wholesale practices—without prior notice.
