What Our Warranty Covers

Manufacturing Defects
Zenuma provides a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Each bit is carefully crafted, and this warranty ensures it performs as intended under normal, proper use.

What Is Not Covered

While Zenuma is dedicated to long-term quality, certain conditions fall outside the scope of this warranty:

Natural Wear & Use
Products naturally evolve with use. The following are not considered defects:

• Surface marks, scratches, or scuffs from regular riding
• General wear over time

Sweet Iron Oxidation
Sweet iron bits are intentionally designed to oxidize. This natural process encourages salivation and improves acceptance, and therefore is not considered a defect.

Leather Components
Due to the organic nature of leather, leather bits and leather elements are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty.

Accessories & Attachments
Items such as curb chains, bit guards, and other accompanying components are not covered.

Warranty Eligibility

To maintain the integrity of our warranty process, the following conditions apply:

• Original Purchaser Only — This warranty is non-transferable
• Proof of Purchase Required — A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided
